A fresh new concept has popped up at King Street Wharf, in the form of Blue Oasis by Chefin’.
Using ingredients sourced only from NSW the restaurant offers a truly local experience for drinkers and diners while giving talented local chefs the opportunity to experiment in the kitchen and share their love, passion, and creativity for food.
Chefin started as a private and corporate catering service with a community of 145 Chefs, each with a minimum of 8 – 13 years of experience, bringing authentic food and culture to all kinds of dining experiences. Blue Oasis is the first Chefin restaurant, with Sebastian Pille at the helm.
According to Chefin’ founder, Petko Petkov:
“At Blue Oasis, everything we have is local and fresh from the source – not to mention completely delicious and unique. From our Zentveld’s coffee beans grown in Byron Bay, to our Clarence River prawns down to our CraftWorks whisky from Capertee, only the best ingredients are used.”
