The Malaya offers many function options, ranging all the way up to 282 people. Food and drink information includes:

Set Menu

With the exception of vegetarians, groups are required to preselect one delicious set menu for every guest at the table. The Malaya’s set menus are served banquet-style and all dishes are served to the middle of the table for your guests to share. Altering set menus to include dishes from the à la carte or live seafood menus can be organised by prearrangement and may incur additional charges subject to your choices.


Selecting wine from the table is subject to availability, however you may preselect wines for your group by providing your selection when you confirm your booking. The Malaya can only guarantee supply if they receive your wine selection 1 week prior to dining. The Malaya also offers 3 hour beverage packages for groups of 18 people or more. The Malaya serves a selection of small desserts and petit fours. Ordering dessert is subject to availability so you are welcome to pre-order. The Malaya also offers a scrumptious dessert supplement with set menus for an additional $10 per person.
