Beer, Whiskey and A Four Course Meal – Name A Better Combination!
The team at All Hands is happy to announce its Boiler Maker Dinner Event and even happier to say that you’re all invited.
Wednesday 18 September
$70 per person
Spend an evening with fellow beer and whiskey lovers, hosted by an expert Whiskey Brand Ambassador Thalita Alves.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a cocktail and then as the night moves on, you’ll be treated to a delicious four-course meal. Each course is accompanied by a 200ml beer and a 20ml whiskey.
The Whiskey Menu Includes:
Glendronach Peated | A single malt scotch that takes smoky to another level. Features an initial taste of pears and spices, before the smokiness kicks in at full effect and leads to an intense experience on your pallet.
BenRiach 17 | A 17-year-old single malt. This limited-edition whiskey was matured in oak bourbon barrels, before being finished off in a sherry cask.
BenRiach 21 | A 21-year-old single malt. This drop has a mixture of 4 separate casks: Bourban, Virgin Oak, Sherry and Red Wine, with the sherry casks being the most prominent flavour profile.
Glenglassaugh Torfa | This richly peated scotch is the first of its kind from this distillery. Matured in ex-bourbon barrels and peated at 200ppm, this is truly a smoke bomb in the best way possible.
The Food Menu Includes:
Amuse Bouche | Two oysters with Glendronach peat vinaigrette and Sherry Mignonette
Entrée | Smoked duck mini cob rolls – individual hollowed cob rolls with a melted cheese crust, filled with smoke duck stew and topped with horseradish cream
Main | Beef short rib braised in Wee Heavy ale and pineapple chunks, with a savoury pumpkin pie. Side of greens
Dessert | Pear tarte-tartin with a blue cheese foam
Don’t miss out on this delicious dining and tasting experience…did we mention it’s only $70pp?
